StratLane, established in Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Belgium, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For any privacy-related question, please contact info@stratlane.be.
2. Data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, company, role, email address and the content of your message. For security and abuse prevention, we also store a hashed (non-reversible) representation of your IP address and your browser user agent.
3. Purpose
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, and protect the website against fraudulent or automated submissions. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) given when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in securing the website (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Retention
Contact-form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to StratLane's partners and is never sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. We rely on trusted infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf (see hosting below); they may store the data in datacentres located within the European Union.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@stratlane.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
8. Cookies
This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to its operation. Optional analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this domain.
9. Hosting
The website is hosted on the Lovable platform, which relies on Cloudflare for global edge delivery and Supabase for database storage within the European Union.
