From a multi-sector career to transition management, a trajectory built on execution rather than recommendation alone. International events, luxury hospitality, marketing, multi-site management: different sectors, the same reflex, own the ground rather than comment on it.

From the Crans Montana Forum to the Hôtel Métropole in Brussels, by way of managing multi-site commercial programmes across Europe, his career has led him to lead up to 200 people, with 10 direct reports, and a P&L of 12 to 15 million euros. Corporate reorganisation, change management and growth support form the core of his practice. This experience of managing crisis situations, opportunities and negotiations, allows him to operate in very different contexts, with the reserve and humility needed to approach each issue objectively.

Start-ups, SMEs, mid-caps, international groups, family businesses: this diversity of environments and countries has shaped a plural, culturally aware reading of business.

Since 2021, he has worked in interim management and advisory roles, across sectors as varied as SaaS, corporate and institutional communication, hospitality and construction. This diversity keeps his perspective fresh and objective on every project, with an ability to quickly transpose lessons from one sector to another and to distinguish what is structural from what is circumstantial. He co-founded Stratlane in 2023 and teaches at the ISTEC business school in Brussels.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci/ADKAR. Executive programmes at HEC Liège, in commercial strategy and digital transformation.

Today, he takes on short, medium and long-term mandates in interim general or commercial management, reorganisation and governance, in environments where change is already under way or still to be built.

He also collaborates, on certain specific mandates, with the Human Partners network, which specialises in supporting company leaders.

Thirteen years recruiting and structuring teams, from agency to international group, through to independent HR leadership.

She started at Solvus, then StartPeople, a Belgian agency network, before joining MacAnders, exclusive representative of Talentor for France and Belgium, then ICF, an international group of more than 5,000 employees, where she led talent acquisition for Belgium, then for Belgium and the United Kingdom.

She then founded Innovative HR, while also sitting on the management committee of two industrial entities in Nivelles as head of HR for more than 200 employees. She co-founded Stratlane in 2023 and now leads global recruitment mandates, from food processing to international B2B textiles.

Her professional career, like her personal and family history, spans several continents. She works in French, Dutch, English, Lingala and Swahili, with one simple conviction: clarity and consistency in an organisation are built, they are not improvised.

Today, she takes on short, medium and long-term mandates, with strong recruitment capacity and immediate availability, backed by an active portfolio across every front.

"Recruiting is not about filling a position. It is about giving an organisation the people it needs to hold its course."

Our convictions

Three principles that determine the way we work.

  1. 01

    Execution comes before recommendation

A diagnosis that stays on a slide changes nothing in an organisation. Value is not measured by the quality of the report, but by what changes once it is closed.

Gwenaël and Yvonne work in interim management, operational steering or end-to-end recruitment, not only as remote advisers: they go through to execution, not only to diagnosis.

  2. 02

Diversity of terrain as a method

Hospitality, institutional communication, SaaS software, telecoms, food processing, construction, international textiles, logistics and transport: this diversity is not a career accident, it is a method. It makes it possible to quickly recognise what is structural and what is circumstantial in a situation, where a single-sector profile spots fewer patterns.

The same logic applies to company sizes, from micro-businesses to subsidiaries of international groups, and to cultures and continents: Gwenaël's and Yvonne's careers span several countries and several languages, a richness that makes Stratlane comfortable beyond Belgium alone.

  3. 03

    Two disciplines, one single responsibility

Business performance and human capital are treated as two sides of the same subject, never as two separate departments.

Commercial acceleration without the right people to carry it runs out of steam. A recruitment policy disconnected from strategy recruits into a void.
